Delete your Lemix account
This page explains how to delete your account in Lemix, the language learning app by Soroush Ghezeli, and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
Deleting your account is permanent. Your cards, your review history and your progress cannot be recovered afterwards. If you want a copy of your data first, ask for it in the same email and we send it before we delete anything.
- Send an email to privacy@lemix.app from the email address you use to sign in to Lemix.
- Write “Delete my account” in the subject or the message. You do not need to give a reason.
- We delete your account within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
You do not need the app to do this. We use your email address to confirm the request comes from you, so please send it from the address you sign in with.
Before you delete your account, you can remove your votes for upcoming languages in the app.

- Your account and your email address
- Your sign in records, including IP addresses and device types
- The languages you learn, your settings and your time zone
- The words you added, words you marked as known, your collections, your cards and your whole review history
- Your analytics data, which we delete at our analytics provider too
What we keep, and why

Data stored on your phone is not reached by account deletion. Uninstalling the app removes it, unless your phone’s own backup saved a copy.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your analytics data without deleting your account. Send the request to privacy@lemix.app from the email address you sign in with. We answer within 30 days.
